Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We recommend monitoring your payment method for the refund credit. If you do not see the refund after 7 business days, please refer to the "Late or Missing Refunds" section below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please review your product details carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

The refund amount will equal the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error). Sales tax will be refunded where applicable. Please note that some financial institutions may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

For items purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes, only the actual amount paid will be refunded. Any promotional value or discount applied to the original purchase cannot be refunded or transferred to future purchases.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions require additional processing time before posting the refund to your account.

If you have verified with your financial institution and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number, the date of your refund approval email, and details of your communication with your financial institution. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve the issue promptly.

In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method. We will communicate all available options and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
